Guide to Buying Artificial Grass

When purchasing artificial grass there are lots of things to consider, such as pile height, density, softness and colours. There is such a large variety that not one grass ‘fits all’. For example if looking for the most realistic you may choose a really soft lawn. Whereas others with a more resilient yarn may feel harder but suit heavy traffic areas – a good choice if your children fancy themselves as the next Beckham! If you would like any advice on which of our ranges would be best for your area & budget please contact the sales team.

Most of our artificial grass comes as standard 2m and 4m wide (with the exception of the Shamrock 3m wide only). These turfs can be bought either as a full roll (please contact us for more information) or cut to size from the dropdowns provided in the shop. All our styles are priced to suit every budget & requirement. We also have available in the Accessories section shockpad (if required), weed membrane, glue, fixings and also joining kits if covering a larger area. Please contact the sales team if you would like any information on the accessories or if you are struggling which sizes to order for your area.

We offer a free sample service which we highly recommend before making a purchase. You are able to choose up to 6 free samples on the site which should be with you in 2-3 days from request. This way you can see if the grass chosen is suitable for your needs without having the hassle of returning a hefty roll. When comparing the samples we advise to put these outside in the garden & sunlight. If you can leave these for a couple of days this will help give you a true representation of what the grass will look like in the desired area.
