Able to make our choice and the contractor to submit an order.

After shopping around I found Tuda Grass had the best prices for the items I wanted. Delivery was very quick but unfortunately one item was missing and I had to phone the office. No-one was available to speak to at the time and I had to leave a message for someone to call me back. I eventually received a text later that day to say that the missing item would be received within a couple of days and it was.
The woodgrain decking has a great appearance and I'm sure it'll look fantastic when the job is finished.

Very reliable top class Grass very easy to work with on delivery. The Driver helps a lot.

I was kept informed with the progress of my order through every stage. The delivery happened on time and the driver was wonderful.
The grass is now laid (it took a while) and looks incredible.

Building this pergola was fairly easy but be aware you definitely need at least two people to do it. Attaching the end plates to every Louvre was a bit of a pain but if you get a little system going it's easy enough to do, just a ball ache. Otherwise it all went as per instructions which we found to be accurate and easy to understand. The product itself is quality and way better than I expected although having bought composite fencing and ballustres from Tuda and also a quantity of grass I should not be surprised at the quality of the pergola as all their products have been excellent. All in all it's been a great experience and that includes the side blind which we bought at the same time, a really innovative piece of kit and infinitely variable in use. Also it's worth mentioning the operation of the roof louvres which is really clever and so easy to use. I can definitely recommend this product

Ordered two samples as not sure what colour to choose as colours often vary between pictures and reality.
Samples arrived quickly and showed colour and quality of the boards answering a lot of questions.
Needless to made an order, now waiting for instalation.
