Really enjoyed this experience👍 Samples delivered speedily, final order processed competently and great explanation of delivery process. On the day of delivery some items had slight chips which was recorded electronically and on paper receipt. Whilst driver was still with us the customer service team called to discuss the damage and confirm that a replacement item would be sent. Don’t very often get such active monitoring of purchases these days so well done.
