Dispatch & Delivery Policy

While we strive to keep all items in stock, availability is not guaranteed, and this online listing does not constitute a sales offer. If a chosen product is unavailable, we will contact you regarding alternatives or potential upgrades.

  • Standard Delivery:

    • Orders under £250: Delivered within 3–5 working days – £19.99 delivery charge.

    • Orders £250 and over: Delivered within 3–5 working days – Free delivery.

  • Express Delivery (1–2 Working Days):

    • Available for orders over £250 – £34.99.

    • Orders placed before 2pm will be processed the same day.

    • Orders placed after 2pm will be processed the following working day.

    • Delivery will take place within 1–2 working days from dispatch.

  • Saturday Delivery:

    • Available for orders over £250 – £49.99.

    • Orders must be placed before 2pm on Friday to qualify. Orders placed after 2pm on Friday will be scheduled for delivery the following Saturday.

  • Delivery to Remote Areas:

    • Scottish Highlands and Remote Areas: Estimated 1–7 working days.

    • BT Postcodes: Estimated 5–14 working days.

Delivery dates provided are estimates; we cannot be held responsible for delivery delays. Delivery timing is not essential to any contract, and we are not liable for losses, costs, or expenses caused directly or indirectly by delivery delays. For this reason, we recommend scheduling installers only after your order has arrived.

All deliveries require a signature unless otherwise authorized by you. If you authorize an unattended delivery, we accept no responsibility for missing or damaged goods. Please inspect packaging and products before signing; signing confirms that goods have been received in undamaged, satisfactory condition, and limits our ability to claim damages from the courier. Replacement goods will need to be purchased if damage is found after signing.

Please note that we provide kerbside delivery only; customers are responsible for moving the order to a secure location. Our drivers may assist at their discretion, but deliveries are not made above ground-floor levels (e.g., apartments).

For couriered orders, any special instructions will be passed to the courier, but we cannot guarantee that their drivers will follow them.
