Dispatch & Delivery Policy

While we strive to keep all items in stock, availability is not guaranteed and this online listing does not constitute a sales offer. If a chosen product is unavailable, we will contact you regarding alternatives or potential upgrades.

UK Mainland Delivery Only

We only deliver to UK mainland addresses.

If your order is for an offshore area, you will need to arrange onward freight delivery from a UK mainland address. We will contact you to advise if this applies so you can make the necessary arrangements.

Standard Delivery

  • Orders under £250
    Delivered within 3–5 working days – £19.99 delivery charge
  • Orders £250 and over
    Delivered within 3–5 working days – Free delivery

Express Delivery (1–2 Working Days)

  • Available for orders over £250 – £34.99
  • Orders placed before 2pm will be processed the same day
  • Orders placed after 2pm will be processed the following working day
  • Delivery will take place within 1–2 working days from dispatch

Saturday Delivery

  • Available for orders over £250 – £49.99
  • Orders must be placed before 2pm on Friday to qualify
  • Orders placed after 2pm on Friday will be scheduled for delivery the following Saturday

Delivery to Remote Areas

  • Scottish Highlands and remote areas: 1–7 working days
  • BT postcodes: 5–14 working days

Important Delivery Information

  • Delivery dates are estimates only; we are not liable for delays or any resulting costs or losses
  • Delivery timing is not essential to any contract
  • We strongly recommend booking installers only after your order has arrived

Delivery Terms

  • All deliveries require a signature unless otherwise authorised
  • If you request an unattended delivery, we accept no responsibility for loss or damage
  • Please inspect goods before signing — a signature confirms items were received in good condition
  • Claims for damage after signing may not be accepted, and replacements may need to be purchased

Kerbside Delivery

We provide kerbside delivery only:

  • Customers are responsible for moving goods to a secure location
  • Drivers may assist at their discretion
  • Deliveries are not made above ground floor (e.g. apartments)

Courier Deliveries

Any special delivery instructions will be passed to the courier; however, we cannot guarantee that these will be followed.
